“ADVENT— we have to wait before we celebrate”
“A voice cries: ‘In the wilderness prepare the way for the Lord;
make straight in the desert a highway for our God.’…” Isaiah 40:3
* Why should I prepare my heart for the coming of our Lord?
*What does waiting for Christ’s birth look like in my life?
*How can I grow in holiness this Advent and not be distracted by the world’s version of “holiday joy”?
*In what ways can I be a witness of my faith this Advent?
With Advent approaching, please join us at WINGS (Women in God’s Spirit)
as we share what Advent means to us and how we pause
to make ready the pathway for the Lord amidst the busyness of life.
