This FREE Community event is a one-day, all-in wellness experience bringing together the best of movement, mindfulness and community. Packed with interactive booths, hands-on demonstrations, and brain-boosting activities, this isn't your average health fair - it's a MIND-BODY CONNECTION PLAYGROUND! 🛝🌈
