She published more than two dozen volumes of poetry, essays, and edited anthologies and 11 illustrated children’s books, including Rosa, an award-winning biography of Rosa Parks.Poets Jazz House is a Spoken Word & Music Lounge where spilling your heart is an art and searching your soul is mandatory to get in the door. Located in a quaint little Playhouse in the park we're bringing you Poetry After Dark.
