- **Event Description**: Happy International Women'sDay! Join us as we celebrate. Think tea ceremony + Somatic experience + The words of 6 incredible women writers.About this Event✨Happy International Women's Day✨Step into a sacred literary salon experience honoring six transformative Black women writers: Toni Morrison, Toni Cade Bambara, Lucille Clifton, Ntozake Shange, bell hooks, and Audre Lorde. Each cup of tea from our Women Writers Collection will be paired with quotes and excerpts from one writer, followed by guided reflection questions and intentional writing time to respond to her words or draw inspiration from them. This is a fully somatic experience. We'll move slowly, notice the flavor profiles of each blend in our bodies, and let the wisdom of these women meet us exactly where we are. No prior writing experience of familiarity with the writers is needed — just an open heart, a willingness to sit with powerful words, and a love of tea.
