Is happy to announces all the Isha Hatha Yoga programs in INDORE 22 - 25 JUNE .

This will be an opportunity for beginners and yoga adepts alike to learn and explore Classical yoga in its purest form that leads to health and overall well-being of an individual. We have programs for adults and kids as well. The programs have been designed by Sadhguru, founder of Isha Foundation and will be taught by Mr. Ram founder of ''Pratham Yogi'' and trained from Isha Hatha School of Yoga, Isha Foundation, Coimbatore. 'Pratham Yogi' is an initiative to bring at least 'one drop of spirituality' in everyone's lives.


*Program schedule*

1)
JUNE 22 to 25 Time - 6:00 - 8:00 AM or 6:30 - 8:30 PM
*Angamardana & Chittashakti meditation with shanmukh mudra* - A complete workout that has its roots in yoga and leads to mastery over the body and mind. “Angamardana” means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs, and other parts of the body. True to its name, this practice revitalizes the body on all levels including the muscles, circulatory system, skeletal structure, nervous system, and the basic energy system. Whatever action you want to do, if you want your body to become a yes and yes, then Angamardana is a very powerful tool to do the same.

Chit Shakti is about touching the dimension of your mind that is pure intelligence – unsullied by memory, unsullied by identification.

JUNE 22 to 25 Time - 4:00 - 6:00 PM
*Surya Kriya and Sheetali Kriya* - Surya Kriya activates the system and balances a person's energies, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis to explore higher dimensions of life. Surya Kriya is the original practice from which Surya Namaskar is derived.

Sheetali Kriya is a simple process to bring coolness to the system

JUNE 22 - 25 :- Time - 8:15 - 9:15 AM
*Eye care practice and Shanmukhi Mudra* -

Learn a series of effective practices and exercises to improve your eyesight.

​It is recommended mostly to those with Myopia (nearsightedness) or Hyperopia (farsightedness).

Shanmukhi mudra -
Shanmukhi Mudra is a yogic practice, a kriya using a Mudra or a hand posture and the breath. Though a simple practice, it is quiet subtle. Sadhguru says that it prepares the person for Pratyahara, which is a yogic term meaning withdrawal or mastery of the senses. It is said that it improves the aura of the face and therefore people concerned with their beauty can do it.

JUNE 24 (Sunday) :Time - 10:30 AM
*Bhuta Shuddhi* - Explore Bhuta Shuddhi - a powerful process of elemental purification.

5)
JUNE 24 (Sunday) :Time - 9:15 AM
*Bhakti sadhana* - a simple process to cultivate devotion in your life. Also Experience the love towards everything.

Things to Note

* Eligibility:
Age -
- 10 years and above only for Angamardhna.
- 12 years and above for Surya Kriya

* Prior exposure to yoga is not mandatory for any of the programs

* Please come in empty stomach condition (4 hours gap after full meal, only water is allowed)

* Please carry a yoga mat for the session

* Please be seated atleast 10 mins before start of session
