Join us Saturday morning for 2-3 laps of the lake trail. Meet at the beach shelter at Lake Ahquabi and we’ll head out at 7AM sharp. (Note the time change from previous camps.) All paces welcome. We’ll wait until the start of the next hour before heading out again so you can experiment with inter loop strategies.  We’ll have an igloo of water at the shelter, bring your own nutrition.
