Winter Solstice Triple Gong Immersion with Diane Hancock

Bring your out-of-town guests to celebrate the longest nights of the year as Symphonic, Planetary and Chinese gongs come together for a powerful immersive evening of vibration.

First, easy physical yoga that clears the chakras from bottom to top, leaving you feeling light, pleasantly energized and clear. Then, unravel your Samskaras (energetic knots) with the mesmerizing and immersive vibrations of three gorgeous Gongs, and journey into inner space. This preparation is conducive to the final pleasant meditation.
No previous experience is required. Bring a sleeping bag or mat and light covering for your comfort on the floor. A few chairs are available if you need to sit. Children that can sit quietly for 90 minutes are welcome. Stay after for Yogi Tea and community time.
