Then, unravel your Samskaras (energetic knots) with the mesmerizing and immersive vibrations of three gorgeous Gongs, and journey into inner space. This preparation is conducive to the final pleasant meditation.
No previous experience is required. Bring a sleeping bag or mat and light covering for your comfort on the floor. A few chairs are available if you need to sit. Children that can sit quietly for 90 minutes are welcome. Stay after for Yogi Tea and community time.
