Through the power of story. 

Stories organize complex data into packages that convey meaning, establish hierarchies of value, and are easy to remember. But to leverage the power of story, the storyteller must understand its value—and know how to use it strategically. In this 75-minute interactive workshop, Andrew Black will explore the art and science of storytelling.

Questions addressed will include:
**Do you understand the neurological impact of storytelling on the listener—and how to leverage that impact?
**Do you know why storytelling is such an efficient mode for transmitting information and culture?
**Can you identify the key elements of an effective story?

Project managers will walk away with:
**An understanding of how to apply storytelling principles to communicate information about a project they are leading.
**A five-step framework for developing a story for any of the above applications.
**A clear vision of how storytelling can improve project outcomes across a variety of contexts.
