This is regarding the potential development of the wooded plot of land between the homes on Cadillac Drive and the B&O Trail, outlined in yellow in the picture below.

The Speedway Redevelopment Commission has made public a Request for Proposals for the land, and the residents of Cunningham Park are spearheading the submission of a proposal targeting the land's preservation rather than it being developed into homes, apartments, or businesses. Proposals are due mid-January.

WE NEED HELP. This is a giant effort, and we could use YOUR gifts and talents, even if it's just one hour of your time. THE DEVELOPMENT OF THIS LAND AFFECTS THE ENTIRE TOWN.
