- **Event Description**: Friends, mark your calendars for Thursday, September 24th! We’re hosting an Environmental Town Hall from 6 to 8 PM at Englewood CDC (57 N. Rural St.).

If you live on the Near East Side (or are interested in what affects our part of town), this is a chance to sit down with organizations actually doing work on our blocks. We’ll be focusing on the everyday issues that shape our neighborhoods—air quality, clean water, litter, and keeping our streets livable.

White River Alliance, Keep Indianapolis Beautiful, the Indy Office of Sustainability, RecycleForce, and the Marion County Public Health Department will all be in the room. They’re coming to share active resources, answer questions directly, and give us practical steps we can take right now to protect our homes.

We also know that even though our side of town missed the worst of the recent high water that hit other parts of Indy, folks still have questions about local drainage and infrastructure. We'll make sure there's time to address those concerns too.

It’s completely free and open to everyone. Bring your questions, grab some resource materials, and let’s talk about the future of our community. Hope to see you there!
