We will learn about the wide range of feelings sometimes associated with grief through an age-appropriate children’s book and group discussion. Then, we will use our helping hands to assemble care kits to bring comfort to children and teens who have recently lost a loved one and are receiving grief support services from Brooke’s Place.Specific instructions:All supplies will be provided. Why you'll be asked to pay a supply fee and donate:On the next page, you'll be asked to pay a fee to offset supply costs for this event. These fees are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your registration later, please know that your fee will go toward our efforts to create more meaningful service-focused programs for kids.Every time we're able to design, coordinate, and offer an opportunity for kids to give back, it's with the help of supporters like you. Please consider making a generous gift to help us continue to empower kids to create a kinder community with their hearts, hands, and minds. We never want supply fees to prevent someone from participating in a Seeds of Caring project.
