The dishes we eat are flavored by the communities and cultures that call Indiana home. Take a break to enjoy the stories and smells of the dishes that make up our food heritage. 

Each month Indiana Historical Society features a presenter sharing their food culture in this engaging and interactive conversation. Copies of recipes will be provided for guests to create at home! Presentations begin promptly at 1 p.m. and are not repeated during the scheduled time. 

Famous Ukrainian Borsch and the bread that often is paired with it - pampushky - will be prepared by Iryna Patzer and Svitlana Ramer.
