The event of the summer is back and better than ever, and we’re ready to showcase all that is great about living in the Indy region. Have you considered what life in Indy could look like for your future? Join hundreds of fellow interns and early-in-career professionals from across our community as we share the culture and opportunities of Indy. Expect local music, food, and experiences you'll only find here. The best part? It’s completely FREE!

SO, WHAT IS FAST FORWARD ANYWAY?

Fast Forward was designed to offer an immersive experience for interns, college students, and early-career individuals in Central Indiana, showcasing Indy’s distinct culture and opportunities. By introducing these individuals to the region’s unique arts, music, culture, and local organizations, interns will walk away with a positive impression of Indy, increasing the likelihood of them choosing it as their future home after graduation.

Fast Forward is not a job fair. Yes, a table setup is okay, but this isn’t an event to bring recruiters and job openings. We encourage our partners to think creatively about how to engage with attendees in a memorable way. In the past, we’ve seen success with ideas like inviting young professionals who are Indy transplants to represent your organization, creating an interactive board with engaging questions for interns to answer, offering raffle opportunities, inviting local athletes to play cornhole and mingle, or even setting up a selfie station.
