You will then have TRADITIONALLY MADE cheese curds that will make their way into the mold that will form your small wheel of cheddar. We will then age it for them for 4 weeks. (You’ll also get to try those fresh cheese curds used to make this cheese…which taste DELICIOUS…especially warm.)***Prerequesite: Our Fresh Mozzarella Making Class AND Gouda is a prerequesite to this class!
