Using What You Love to Give Back 💪
I’ve always believed that the things we love — the things that challenge us, grow us, and bring us life — can also be powerful tools for good. For me, that’s fitness. 🏋️♀️💥
This summer, I’m using that love to give back to a cause close to my heart: Wheeler Mission, a local nonprofit serving people experiencing homelessness, addiction, and crisis right here in our community.
So here’s the challenge:
On July 31st, I’ll be doing 30 minutes straight of BURPEES (yes, the movement we all love to hate 😅), and every single rep will be a chance to raise funds for those in need.
Here’s how you can help:
➡️ Make a pledge per burpee — $0.25, $0.50, $1, $2 — whatever feels right to you.
➡️ I’ll record the whole thing and tag all donors in my final post, so you can laugh, cheer, and suffer with me.
