We'll age this cheese for your and in 4 weeks you'll be serving cheese to your family and friends from the small (approx.) one pound wheel of aged Gouda cheese that you made!***Prerequisite: Our Fresh Mozzarella Making Class or another cheese making class that covered the basic components of milk, equipment used for making cheese & understanding the role of acid & rennet, etc...is a prerequisite to this class!What to bring: Wear comfortable shoes, an apron, & whatever you'd like to drink (it's a BYOB).We'll serve: a sampling of our cheeses and local accoutrements for you to snack on during breaks.Each ticket is for one participant.***Square Gift Card Users*** If you are redeeming a Square Gift Card, please email classes@tuliptreecreamery.com to register for class. Thanks!Minimum class size: 6***Cancellation Policy *** There is a class minimum, and we do not offer refunds.We can reschedule you for free if you let us know up to a week in advance (Eg: end of day the week prior - Thursday end of day for following Thursday class). There will be a $15 re-scheduling fee if you cancel within a week of class and need to be rescheduled. You can have someone take your place for free. If you cancel within 24 hours of class, or if you are a no-show and did not call us and let us know in advance that you could not attend class, we can reschedule you for the 50% of the cost. If you have to cancel last minute and you've given every effort for someone to take your place, but it hasn't been successful, please let us know so we can try to figure something out.
