All are welcome! This event is held the third Wednesday of every month from 7-8:30pm at the First UU Church, 285 Twolick Dr, Indiana PA.  A heart circle is an opportunity to listen to others – to gain understanding and wisdom.  The practice of creating intentional sacred “heart space” comes from indigenous tribes. One holds a talisman “a talking stick” when wishing to speak (no one is required to speak). Only the person holding the talisman speaks while everyone else listens. There is no cross-talk, no discussion, no offering advice or reflection.  Maintaining confidentiality is of the utmost importance in developing the trust and safety of the practice.  The benefit of this is to gain a deeper connection to oneself and a deeper appreciation of others which serves to develop deeper relationships within community – to know and be known. This is free and open to the public.
