Fall Half and Full Marathon Training

This custom program is geared to the first time half or full marathoner, as well as, any seasoned goal-orientated runners. We welcome all paces and abilities. Our coaches will help customize a program to meet your goal half or full marathon.

Group Runs – Tuesdays at 5:30 am or 6:00 p.m. and Sundays @ 7:00 a.m.
