Goat milk soap making class

Join us as we teach the homesteading craft of soap making with our own goat milk! View a hands-on demonstration of soap making in our farmhouse kitchen, learn how to add natural colorants and fragrances/essential oils, pick up tips and tricks to making a nice hard, long-lasting bar with a good lather, find out what ingredients go in a good bar of soap (and what shouldn’t), and discover why making soap can be viewed as just another recipe to be learned in the kitchen! Old-time methods are used with modern comfort. Enjoy a light refreshment and bring home a bar of soap of your own! Q & A session following the class. Bring a cheerful countenance and a notebook & pencil.
**This class is held individually on every Saturday from 2-4pm, starting January 17th and going through March 28th. We prefer to keep each class small for a better learning experience, so 6 people is the maximum class size. $40 per person.
