Walk & Talk @Walsingham Park

Who loves walking, early mornings and fresh air? Perfect! You’ll love this one.

Join us for a zero competitive walk through Walsingham Park and let’s start the morning with some serotonin!

Bring your little ones in strollers (or if they walk well, that’s your call) or the pups!

We’ll meet at 8:15AM and head out at 8:25- it’s about 2.7 miles around the lake. We’re walking, I promise.

We’ll be meeting up at the dog park entrance near the playground and get our blood moving, as well as our mouths moving. 🤣

This is a great low stress and FREE event! Hope you can make it. Bring your friends if you’d like. Excited to kick things off with fellow ladies who love this kinda thing!
