In many teachings it is believed that meditation during a full moon holds amplified energy and offers profound spiritual benefits. It is said that the Buddha himself attained enlightenment under the light of a full moon.

We’ll begin indoors with a guided Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowl Sound Meditation to ease you into a deep state of relaxation. Let the vibrations wash over you and gently shift your brain into calm, meditative states.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned—ready to embrace the next step with peace and purpose.
We will begin in Aquarian Dreams with a Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowl Meditation to help us relax & get into a deeper meditative state. Then, if the weather permits you may join us as we go out across the street to the beach and end with a silent meditation under the moon.
