Under the inspiring direction of Conductor and Artistic Director Aaron T. Collins, this grand celebration invites everyone — from seasoned choristers to first-time participants — to take part in Handel’s immortal masterpiece, Messiah.

The enduring Christmas oratorio by George Frideric Handel will be performed as a true community event, with hundreds of singers joining together in a spectacular massed chorus. Accompanied by members of the Space Coast Symphony Orchestra and a quartet of featured professional soloists, the performance will resound with beloved movements including “For Unto Us a Child Is Born,” “And the Glory of the Lord,” and the triumphant “Hallelujah Chorus.”

Whether you come to sing your heart out or simply bask in the majesty of the music, the Messiah Sing-Along offers an unforgettable afternoon of inspiration, beauty, and joy — the perfect way to welcome the spirit of Christmas. Singers are encouraged to bring their own score or use the complimentary music provided at the door.

And to warm our voices up, the SCSO will present a joyous sing-along of timeless Christmas carols — Joy to the World, O Come, All Ye Faithful, Hark! The Herald Angels Sing, and Silent Night. This heartwarming medley will fill the hall with radiant sound and holiday cheer.

Admission is free for both singers and audience members, but tickets are required and can be reserved at www.SpaceCoastSymphony.org.  A suggested donation of $15 per person is appreciated to help cover event costs and sustain this beloved community tradition.
