About the event

White Glove Wednesday: Cane
Get up close and personal with some of the most unique artifacts at the Harry S. Truman Presidential Library and Museum

About this Event

On March 18, 2026, Mark Adams, Museum Director and Curator, will showcase one of Harry S. Truman's canes.

White Glove Wednesdays are when an archivist, curator, or technician selects a special item not generally displayed in the museum. On Wednesdays at 11 a.m., museum visitors can view the items up close, hear more from the experts, and ask questions about the artifacts.

White Glove Wednesdays are free with museum admission, and admission is always free for Truman Library Institute Members.
