This is Mick’s first visit to Tunes on the Trail / Live in Loveland.  Let’s have a great turnout to welcome an aspiring new talent to our venues !

Mick’s short bio:

Mick Fury is an award winning singer/songwriter acclaimed for doing the 90 minute score and  songwriting for Mel Gibson and Cole Hauser’s $10 million dollar theatrical film PANAMA. He’s shared the stage with Stone Temple Pilots, Vertical Horizon, the Brothers Osborne and more, and is known for his intimate storytelling and big personality. 
Mick began his journey  by moving to Hollywood where he learned the ropes of the industry performing at open mics 6 nights a week. He returned home to Syracuse, NY a few years later and his rock band Silent Fury took off, landing their song “Exit Wounds” in the Underworld film with Kate Beckinsale, and opening for the Spin Doctors , Bret Michaels and Bush.
When the band broke up, Mick moved to Nashville to try pickin some country tunes. He had initial success playing with Travis Tritt and Craig Campbell, but he had another calling. Mick began touring Solo, playing Key West Songwriter Fest, Americana Fest, and St. Augustine Songwriter Festival. He was asked to be the composer for the film PANAMA starring Mel Gibson and Cole Hauser(Yellowstone), and the movie landed in the Top 8 on the iTunes theater chart.
Mick recently took a trip to Ireland to explore his heritage and fell in love with Irish music. He’s working on a 10-song Irish album in his Nashville studio. You can hear songs he’s written performed by rising stars Sean Patrick McGraw, Adam James Deiboldt, and Ciara Rae and on the show The Young and the Restless.

Doors will be at 7:00pm with music at 7:45pm.  Please arrive by 7:40pm

This is planned as an outdoor event at Tunes on the Trail in Independence, Ky.  Please plan to bring a comfortable chair as it will be lawn seating.  If you desire, please feel welcomed to bring a small cooler with beverage of your choice and an item to share but also know that there will also be lite fare, snacks and drinks provided.

There is plenty of space to accommodate a large audience.  

NOTE : In the event of inclement weather, this may be moved to an indoor show in Loveland, Ohio.  If we move indoors, we will be limited to approximately 50 people, so please reserve /confirm early to assure a seat in the event of bad weather at the Loveland venue !

As always , this is a great opportunity to catch a great artist performing locally in a listening room environment.  Come on out and catch some new music and have a chance to meet and connect with Mick.  

Live in Loveland /Tunes on the Trail host these events to help great artists along their musical journey.  There are no tickets issued but reservations will be confirmed.  

This is essentially a “free concert” but know that we operate on a donation basis where 100% of all donations go directly to the artists.  (donations suggested at $20-25/person), but donate what you can and also consider purchasing merchandise (which can be personalized the night of the event) to help them get to their next tour stop.
