Facilitator: Zachariah Chamberlin

Zachariah Chamberlin is a horror author with a passion for exploring the darker side of storytelling. Through his work, he examines the fears, emotions, and uncomfortable questions that make horror such a powerful and enduring genre.

As both a writer and horror enthusiast, Zachariah is interested in what frightening stories reveal about us, why we willingly seek out stories that scare us, and how horror can provide a creative outlet for exploring difficult emotions and experiences. He brings that perspective to Scared on Purpose, combining a discussion of horror’s cultural and therapeutic significance with the craft of creating stories designed to unsettle, disturb, and linger with readers.
