The night sky is full of mystery. Since dawn of time, we have struggled to decrypt those mysteries and make sense our existence. Religions have spawned, prophecies have been made, oceans have been crossed, and futures predicted, all by way of the stars in the sky. This week we have two games inspired by our fascination with the Great Beyond.
Polaris is medium weight abstract, pattern building strategy game for 2 to 4 Astronomers that plays in about an hour. Cards are drafted and played to create constellations to score points. But the phases of the moon are ever in motion, so preparation is the key to your success.
Twinkle, Twinkle is Medium-Light tile placement game for 1 to 4 Stargazers that plays in about 30 minutes. Players will draft and play night sky tiles to their own play area in patterns to score points.
