Our goal is to maintain open communication with our vendors and simplify updates for both Sarah and myself.

Below is the information we are asking from our vendors for the Beltane Festival. Please let me know if you are interested, need anything else or have any other questions.

What we'll need from vendors:

1. Person's name, business name, email and phone number from interested vendors. Also some pictures of your goods and a small introduction of your business so we can post it on our Facebook event page.

2. A signed contract that will be emailed to you to sign and return to us. ( We'll send once we have all the information needed to type up the contract)

3. A non-refundable deposit of $25 the day of sign up, the remaining balance of $25 won't be due until Saturday April 4th 2026. (This will be waived for the young ladies under 17)

4.Vendors selling any food that does NOT fall under cottage law, MUST get a temporary permit at the Independence Health Department. (816)-325-7803

5.A carefully curated basket containing your business card for the raffle giveaway. This strategy will attract customers, facilitate interaction, and promote your name and products.

6. All vendors are asked to have tents. The event is outdoor and will take place rain or shine. You have as much space as you'd like for this event. There is no electricity available for vendors unfortunately, so plan accordingly. We are looking forward to hearing from you. We would love to have you for the event.
