Weekly Candlelight Breathwork- 45 min

Come for a relaxing + rejuvenating breathwork experience under candle light! This 45 minute class will teach at least one breathing exercise + give you at least 20 minutes of breathing with time for reflection + rest afterwards. It is designed to help you feel centered, connected, relax, clear your head and balance your body + mind. No experience needed. Bring something comfortable to lay down on: it is suggested to bring a blanket, eye pillow and pillow for under the head and/or legs.
