Starters:
-Chicken liver and brandy pâté, toasted brioche and tomato chutney
-Salmon and sole terrine, horseradish cream and dill oil (gf)
-Cream of roasted carrot and parsnip soup, crème fraiche and coriander oil (gf, v)
-Goat’s cheese and Mediterranean vegetable tart, rocket and sweet balsamic syrup (v)
Intermediate:
Champagne Sorbet (gd, df, v)
Mains:
-Traditional turkey, roast potato, pigs in blankets, cranberry stuffing, roasted root vegetable, buttered brussels sprouts, and pan gravy
-Braised feather blade of beef, oxtail bon bon, creamy mashed potato, root vegetable and red wine jus
-Pan-fried halibut, crushed herb new potatoes, green vegetable, white wine cream, dill and king prawn sauce (gf)
-Moroccan-inspired roasted dish, complemented by a pepper coulis and an array of roasted vegetables (v)
Desserts:
-Traditional Christmas pudding, brandy sauce, cherry syrup (v)
-Raspberry and white chocolate pavlova, berries and raspberry dressing (v)
