please confirm your place Will be limited and £10 a session and CASH ONLY please will be discounts for block bookings later on once up and running and standing orders etc this is much cheaper then other area boot camps thank you this wil be in term time only 🤩

Everybody is welcome eveything can be done at your own pace I will help you in these classes to achieve your own best not someone else’s and build new friendships and get fit and most importantly have fun 🤩 this will be a mix of circuits military fitness based (is fun) you will get muddy so no fancy gear
I Was trained by the best in the world and I am ex military I served nearly 8years I’m a fitness instructor and level 3 pt in ante and post natel so I will help flatten them tums and get them bums back 🤗
