This outdoor Pilates session is designed to help you slow down, stretch out and reconnect with yourself while immersed in nature, surrounded by rolling fields, warm evening light and fresh country air.

Enjoy approximately one hour of gentle yet energising Pilates suitable for all levels, including mindful movement, core strengthening, mobility work and relaxing stretches to leave you feeling refreshed and restored.

Afterwards, stay and unwind with a chilled glass of Prosecco or a soft drink, with time to relax, chat and connect as we welcome the summer season together. Whether you come alone or with friends, this is the perfect opportunity to reset, recharge and enjoy a beautiful summer evening outdoors.

Please bring a yoga mat, warm layered clothing and even a blanket for extra comfort as the evening cools.

In the event of bad weather, the session will be relocated indoors to The Old School, Stanton-by-Dale, with final venue confirmation sent by approximately 5.30pm on the day.
