We bring the questions, prompts and support.
You bring a pen and your journal.

Then close the notebook, settle back and be guided into a hypnotherapy visualisation through silent disco headphones, where those old beliefs and worn-out stories can be released.

Just you, the sky and the deepest rest you’ve given yourself in a very long time.
