First half a guided immersive guided relaxation experience with me easing everyone into a lovely guided relaxation and hypnotherapy where you can let go of any worries you might be carrying. 

Then headphones off to hear the birds, the horses whinnying, the whole outdoors around us, and Amoura Wellness takes over creating a beautiful soundscape that honestly sounded just like being by the seaside. 

The sun glowing down on us, breathtaking views across the fields, and a stunning sunset.
