☀️ CM SportHorses Polework Clinics ☀️
Develop balance, strength, coordination and confidence this summer with our structured and progressive Polework Clinics.
Each session is carefully planned to improve:
✔ Rhythm and straightness
✔ Self-carriage and adjustability
✔ Core strength and pelvic engagement
✔ Suppleness and joint articulation
✔ Rider accuracy and feel
Exercises are layered and adaptable, meaning sessions are suitable for all levels — from young or green horses building foundations, to experienced combinations wanting more technical lines and adjustability.
Raised poles, gridwork patterns, transitions within exercises and gymnastic-style layouts are used to develop both horse and rider in a systematic, confidence-building way.
