Alfonso, Cavite — The Sining Kape at Kultura proudly announces its inaugural National Coffee Art Camp, set to take place at the scenic Nayong Kalikasan Organic Farm. This three-day event, scheduled for May 17, 18, and 19, promises an immersive experience in coffee, art, and sustainable practices.
EVENT HIGHLIGHTS :
Coffee Culture and the Arts Exposition:
Explore the rich heritage of coffee and its local origins. Through captivating exhibits, workshops, and interactive sessions, participants will gain a deeper appreciation for the goodness of coffee.
Beneficiaries: This year focuses on supporting local coffee farmers and their children. We empower the next generation to carry forward our traditions by imparting cultural and artistic knowledge.
Reviving Cultural Heritage: The event aims to revive the recognition of Kapeng Barako, a unique Filipino coffee variety. Collaborating with creative minds, we seek to elevate its status through sustainable mediums and organic processes.
Environmental Advocacy:
Addressing critical environmental issues, including Climate Change, remains at the core of our mission. By supporting Alfonso’s local farmers in planting more coffee trees, we contribute to a greener future.
Filipino Coffee Artists Shine:
During the exhibition, visitors will marvel at the exquisite artworks created by talented Filipino Coffee Artists. From intricate latte art to thought-provoking installations, their expertise will be in full display.
Live Demonstrations and Community Support:
