Join a fully marshalled, gently paced ride from one of the start points below to Fairlop Waters. We’ll ride on quiet roads, cycle paths and through parks.

Bring the whole family, friends and neighbours. Bring your own picnic and refreshments or feel free to use the café at Fairlop. Before the day do check that your tyres are pumped up and the brakes work. The rides are suitable for all abilities, ages and bicycles. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

We will return to the start points mid-afternoon.

? Hainault Forest at 11:30am (meet at the visitors centre)
? Claybury Park at 11:45am (meet at the outdoor gym)
