Throughout the day, we will hear from guest speakers with both lived and professional experience who will share their journeys, knowledge, and practical advice. The Healing Table Community will lead a reflective session exploring: What it means to be in the room What can happen when you are in the room - Why your presence matters .The importance of showing up for yourself and others .We will also have an open and informative conversation around menopause discussing what it is, how to manage and cope with it, what it can look like within our communities, why it is often not spoken about, and what more we need to understand. A financial advisor will be joining us to speak about money management, financial literacy, and general financial wellbeing providing guidance, information, and practical support. We are also excited to welcome an author who will share her personal journey and read from her book, offering insight into her experiences and the healing process through storytelling. In addition, we will hear from a woman who has successfully built a thriving online Amazon business. She will speak honestly about how she started, the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, and how she balances life while running an online business. There will also be opportunities throughout the afternoon to: - Share lived experiences - Reflect and regroup Participate in a reflective session Network and connect with others in the room .As we gather in July, we are making a commitment to ourselves for the remainder of the year reflecting on what we want to achieve, what we intend to work towards, and, God willing, celebrating those achievements together at our end-of-year Christmas gathering.
