Guests enjoy a Prime Rib dinner, guest speaker, live and silent auctions — including the coveted CowBelles Quilt auction — the Cattlemen of the Year recognition, and dancing to music by Vanishing Breed.

Guest Speaker:
This year’s guest speaker is Jerry Sonnenberg, USDA Colorado State Executive Director for the Farm Service Agency. A lifelong farmer and rancher from northeastern Colorado, Sonnenberg previously served 16 years in the Colorado Legislature and later as a county commissioner. During his legislative career he chaired both the House and Senate Agriculture Committees and served as President Pro Tem of the Colorado Senate. In recognition of his decades of advocacy for agriculture and rural Colorado, he was inducted into the Colorado Agriculture Hall of Fame in 2023. Sonnenberg continues to farm with his family near Sterling on their Centennial Farm.

Staying Overnight:
Guests who would like to stay at the casino are encouraged to ask about the Cattlemen’s Banquet room block when booking. A limited number of rooms are available and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

At this time we are not able to offer discounted children’s tickets, as the casino provides a single per-person catering option for this event. We understand this can be an important consideration for families and appreciate your understanding.
Every ticket purchased directly supports our Youth Scholarship Program, helping invest in the next generation of agricultural leaders. Thank you for being part of an evening that supports local students and celebrates our agricultural community.
