The Year of the Fire Horse brings fresh energy into our lives. The horse carries infinite momentum. Bravery. Forward motion. Horse power.

When oriented towards our own truth, miracles can blossom.

If there ever was a time to live the dream, this is it!

You’re invited to join me for a gentle reset to cleanse, clear, connect and attune to the frequency of the heart.

We’ll start with a brief discussion of celestial energies at play (how our lives interweave with larger cosmic cycles), then soften our senses with an intentional tea blend (earth wisdom). ?

From there, we’ll relax back into a spacious healing session.

It’s time to release what’s no longer needed and step into a reality where love is the currency.

Each of us is a beacon of light, bringing more beauty to this world.

✨About our Healing Session✨

I’ll weave together elements of breath, guided imagery, Angelic Reiki, and vocal alchemy as you relax deeply into a dreamlike state.

This is a channeled journey where we slip through dimensions.

During the session, I become a channel for my healing angels to come through, all while you are laying down, nestled in with blankets and pillows.

I’ll spend time working with each participant individually, while holding the group as a whole, hovering my hands over the body and around the room.

In addition to my hands, I use my voice to clear and transmute. Sometimes this appears as melodic toning, sometimes as more abstract sound, and sometimes as light language or poetic language.

Everyone experiences this energy differently. Some feel this as warmth, tingles, expansion, seeing colors or simply being deeply at peace.

Distorted thought patterns melt away, heavy emotions quietly dissolve, and our hearts are invited to come online.

This is a remembrance of your original essence in the infinite light of love.

We’ll close the session with pure crystal singing bowls to integrate our work.

About Rena

Some call me forest faerie. I love the realms of light & magic that often go unseen day-to-day.

I’ve devoted the last 10 years to deepening my relationship with subtlety~ a means to uncover more multidimensional aspects of who we are. Learning from nature & the seamless fields of coherence she creates, I work with the soma where her insights are tactile.

Formally trained in yoga + energy medicine, I weave together my great loves of subtle energy, lyrical poetry, somatics, dream work, intuitive studies and direct soul remembrance in private sessions & group experiences aimed to put others more deeply in touch with themselves.

It’s a joy to be sharing space at this time of great remembering.
