Peace is a texture we can all remember and carry with us each day. It is a place in consciousness we can always visit, should we choose to.

You are invited to join me for a magical evening to fall into presence and remember peace.
We’ll start with guided breath and body awareness, then relax back for this enchanted journey somewhere between dreaming and wakefulness.
Lying back on mats with closed eyes, nestled in w/ blankets & cushions, we practice listening deep.
The gentle tones of chimes, crystal singing bowls, shakers, grass rattles, voice and other instruments will guide us into a state of deep rest.
Sound will clear the mind, ease the nervous system, rejuvenate the cells, and kindle the spirit with the remembrance of love.
In this receptive state, our inner wisdom blossoms.
New insight naturally unfolds and we move through life with greater ease.

About Rena
Some call me forest faerie. I love the realms of light & magic that often go unseen day-to-day.
I’ve devoted the last 10 years to deepening my relationship with subtlety~ a means to uncover more multidimensional aspects of who we are. Learning from nature & the seamless fields of coherence she creates, I work with the soma where her insights are tactile.
Formally trained in yoga + energy medicine, I weave together my great loves of subtle energy, lyrical poetry, somatics, dream work, intuitive studies and direct soul remembrance in private sessions & group experiences aimed to put others more deeply in touch with themselves.
I am blessed to have attended a Sound Mystery School with Brooklyn Healing Arts from the end of 2019 thru early 2020. This experience opened a whole world of multidimensional and intuitive remembrance for me. I quietly started integrating these tools into my offerings over the years that followed. Now, I am delighted to help others open in similar ways.
It’s a joy to be sharing space at this time.
