Kundalini yoga weaves together postures, breathwork, mantra, mudra, and meditation to awaken the body’s energy systems and elevate awareness. This practice will be accompanied by a live sonic landscape to deepen the experience. Feel the sounds of instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, gongs, chimes, and more. This ancient practice of yoga and breathwork combined with live vibration can disrupt old patterns, creating space for new pathways and growth. This experience will conclude with sharing and integration.

NICOLE is the creator and director of The Yoga Wellness Connection.   She is a 500 hour ERYT and YACEP, Behavior Specialist, experienced Sound Practitioner and Hypnotherapist known for her ‘Rapid Result’ sessions.

SAVANNAH Is a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and certified 200 hour yoga instructor.  She has a bachelors degree in psychology and enjoys teaching a variety of classes including yoga for kids.
