Kathy has also earned several certifications including a Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Stretch and Flexibility Coach, and Physical Therapy Aide. She is the owner of Stretch Therapy Studio in Paris, TX, where she works with individuals to help them restore muscular and skeletal function as well as correct impairments to improve their overall well-being. She accomplishes this by helping her clients improve their flexibility as well as range of motion through gentle stretching and agility exercises for the joints.
