Always cut your coat according to your size. 

I have a case of a lady that started her business with 1M and shop rent is 400K now that the rent has expired she's running Helter skelter to renie the rent but can't find a way. I'm just feeling pity for her. 

The deed has been done and I don't want anyone to experience such, go for lesser shops.
