疫情之後，蘭陽交響樂團將重心移至台北，希望在首善之都能增強實力並有更多與國際接軌的機會。2025年為蘭陽交響樂團創團第九年，蘭響將在故鄉宜蘭舉辦系列音樂會。上半年樂團特別規劃這場『扣人心弦－盧易之與蘭陽交響樂團』，為一系列的展演活動之第一場次。

本場音樂會將以弦樂團形式呈現，開場特別委託國內新銳作曲、編曲家周宣宏先生為蘭陽交響樂團創作一部『幻想曲－為18把提琴而作』。接著為著名義大利作曲家韋瓦第（Antonio Vivaldi, 1618-1741）的『四季 小提琴協奏曲』，將由四位小提琴家陳逸群、陳仕杰、孫紹恩、黃渝沁擔綱演出。除此，樂團將攜手國內著名鋼琴家盧易之先生帶來近代英國作曲家芬紀（Gerald Finzi, 1901-1956）『為鋼琴和弦樂合奏而作的牧歌』（Eclogue for Piano and Strings, Op. 10）以及鋼琴家以臺灣民謠《牛犁歌》新編的第一號鋼琴協奏曲。
