Jamming Vibes – Refund Policy
1. No Refund on Confirmed Tickets
All tickets purchased for the Jamming Vibes Launch Event are non-refundable once booked.
2. Ticket Transfer Allowed
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person.
You must inform the Jamming Vibes team at least 24 hours before the event with the new attendee’s name and contact details.
3. Event Rescheduling
If the event is postponed, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.
Refunds will not be issued for rescheduled events.
4. Event Cancellation
If the event is fully cancelled by the organizers, attendees will be eligible for a 100% refund of the ticket amount.
5. Incomplete Attendance
No refunds or partial refunds will be provided if the ticket holder does not attend the event, arrives late, or misses any part of the session.
6. Goody Bag & Privilege Card Policy
These items are provided only to attendees physically present at the event. They cannot be shipped or collected later.
