Kickstart your wellness journey with ARH staff, including dedicated healthcare professionals, as we take a refreshing 30-minute walk each Wednesday at the Leslie County High School track, starting at 9 AM. Our Walking Wednesdays are part of the ARH summer wellness program, Passport to Wellness, designed to help you stay active and healthy!

Mark your calendars for July 9, 16, 23, 30 and August 6, 13, 20, 27. Whether you're a seasoned walker or just starting, all community members are welcome, including those with limited mobility. 

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to sign in and stretch. Don't forget to wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes!
