Beginners and Improvers Wednesday Yoga Course (Week 1)
Join Jane & Sarah for our beginners & improvers yoga course. You can join the full 8 week course or book individual classes if you prefer. Each week we will guide you through calming breath work, accessible and energising yoga flow plus restorative postures and deep relaxation. These classes are friendly and welcoming to all levels (beginners and improvers). Yoga is an opportunity for self care of your body, mind and soul. We hope you can join us!
