Pre-Selected students ages 13 to 18 will perform original literary pieces in front of a live audience on February 16th, 12-3pm. Monetary prizes will be awarded for the first, second and third place performers. We are excited that our Celebrity Judges and MC will include:Marita Golden (Judge) - Author of "The Wide Circumference of Love"Victoria Christopher Murray (Judge) - Author of "Harlem Rhapsody" and "The Personal Librarian"Shannon Sanders (Judge) - Author of "Company" and "The Great Wherever" (Holt, July 2026)Andre Taylor (Judge) - Author of "Bridge Over Aggravated Troubles"Saniya Pearson (MC)- Prince George's County Youth Poet Laureate, 2024 and AuthorSponsored by the Harbor City Maryland Chapter of the Society Incorporated, Supporting the Arts.
