Seven Steps to Managing Your Memory With Dr. Andrew Budson
Join us at the Hyannis Public Library on Tuesday, July 10, 2017 at 5:30pm for a talk by Dr. Andrew E. Budson on how the brain works to store and retrieve memories. Dr. Budson has written a book entitled "Seven Steps to Managing Your Memory." In it he discusses what's normal in age-related memory loss, as well as what's not considered normal, and what to do about it. He will describe new treatments and provide real-life examples of how to manage age-related memory loss. Dr. Budson is the Associate Chief of Staff for Education and the Chief of Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology at the Veterans Affairs Boston Healthcare System. Copies of his book will be available for sale and signing. This program is free and open to the public.
