The theme of this session will be GROUNDING.

Research shows that sustained connection to the Earth promotes healing, balanced energy, and reduced inflammation.  In this session, we will cover all of the basics PLUS have a beautiful moment of healing outside (weather permitting).

There will be a one hour presentation & experience, followed by 30-60 minutes of mingling and connecting.

Please bring a smartphone and a set of earbuds.

The group is open to anyone who resonates with this invite and is seeking to find their tribe and widen their perspective.  Please pass along to anyone you know who may be interested.
